UTSAV is the first Company in India to get Type Approval from Automotive Research Association of India (ARAI) for manufacturing HIGH SECURITY REGISTRATION PLATES (HSRP's).

UTSAV declares that UTSAV is not selling any registration plate in violation of S.O. No. 2091 (E) dated 16 September 2011 from Ministry of Road Transport and Highways, Govt. of India

"HSRP's are mandated by Govt of India to be affixed on all new vehicles from Oct 31st, 2007. All Existing vehicles will have to switch over to HSRP's within 2 years from date of implementation, now the State Governments have to implement this policy in the respective States at the earliest."

UTSAV is not marketing High Security Registration Plates (HSRP), in any State where UTSAV does not have contract from the respective State Govt. As HSRP can only be sold and fixed in RTO premises once the State Govt. authorizes to sell HSRP in the respective State

As per the latest order by the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India, all the States/Union Territories of India must start process of implementing HSRP project within 8 weeks. Several States have come up with selection process of Authorized manufacturer of HSRP
